No, you are not required to be home during your cleaning. However, we recommend being present when the cleaning crew arrives to provide a walkthrough of your home. After the cleaning, it’s also a good idea to do a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets your expectations.
We request that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedule requests made after this cutoff are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the cleaning cost.
